Recipe Ingredients

1 cup strong black coffee
1 cup minced onion
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup tomato sauce

6 cloves garlic, pureed

1/2 cup cider vinegar

1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar

3 tbsp. chili powder

2 tbsp. wasabi powder

3 jalapeno peppers, seeded, ribbed

2 tsp. salt

Cooking Instructions

Saute onions and garlic in butter in a large saucepan. Do not brown. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Makes 5 cups.
